  1. Devils Path

Yep, Guess that is what happens when I use tapatalk. Somehow I only stop posting mid sentence. https://thetrek.co/preparing-to-hike-the-devils-path/ I didn't know if there was anyone on here who would be interested in doing something like this.
  2. Devils Path

Gas was hard to come by after Sandy. Have no complaints. They seem to contain all the fumes. Since I am a 2 door I figure I won't be able to make this trip without using my hitch mounted rack. Going to mount these on the rack to keep them out of the cargo bay. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

  10. The Base Camp

So, numb-nuts here just purchased a Rubicon Express oil pan skid for JK's year 2012 or higher. I own a 2010.......... Before I spend the almost 1/3 of the cost to ship this back, anyone interested in taking it off my hands.

  13. Help...

I just had a hard time getting my diff yolk to come loose. Finally decided to run out to advanced auto and grabbed this. http://m.advanceautoparts.com/mt/shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/performance-tools-13-piece-harmonic-balancer-puller-1947/25989081-p?cm_mmc=ACQ-_-Google-_-GPLA-_-25989081&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=25989081&ci_gpa=pla&ci_kw=&gclid=CjwKEAjwi6OeBRCCrZqp-qaQhhISJACrfbtAlCuSWC4hCWmlcZgedcjf3nJb7SK4EIx9KWNJW9IWTxoCewTw_wcB&un_jtt_v_cookiecheck=on&un_jtt_redirect Grab some nuts and washers to attach the puller to the yolk and used a socket to tighten the center bolt. Slipped right off.
  14. Well that's doesn't look right

Right now I have 3.73 gear ratio.   So I am assuming that the best thing to do is to completely dissasemble the gears and give everything a good cleaning and inspection to figure out what is really busted.    Now the question is, how much of a pain in the ass is it to install new gears? I just want to make sure its not something that I want to start on then realize I am in over my head and then have to take it to a shop.
  15. Well, got into replacing the pinion seal today. Got everything apart and was about to put on the new seal. But then noticed some chunks of metal floating around. Then saw this. If you notice I appear to be missing something......
