Saturday and Sunday is JK Freakfest, so expect a very large crowd, no camping or hotel space.

Well f that noise.  I'll wait for a quiet weekend, organized fun is never as much fun.

Do you have to do anything or just show up?

This is a bad weekend to do this

Sent from Skynet

If registration weren't a certified nightmare when large groups show up (other than Tata's, which does a pretty good job) I'd go and play on reds which are never really busy even during Tata's.  With those big groups, you're lucky to hit the trails by 11 after showing up at 8.

The problem that I think that JJC ran into is the same issue I ran into with Rock the Clock.  Rausch is going to tell you that the date is good no matter what else is going on.  They had told me that the women's run was nothing and would have no issues with ours.

Regardless, I need to maximize my wheeling before July when the baby comes, so even if this particular Friday sucks, I'm in for others

Upstate NY.  Private land that the land owner opens for a few select events to pay the property taxes.  Not challenging at all, but generally a good time.  If you're thinking of going and not camping, I have a lodging recommendation.

I'm in for it, looks like there's an eventbrite for 2015? Do I need to sign up somewhere I assume?
