Who's been minding the shop?  Your son step it up?

Everyone stepped it up. Son helped through Easter my wife and my dad went over and did the daily paperwork and I’m fortunate enough to have the same production crew for the last couple years to cover that.  It’s kinda been a teaser not working getting closer to retirement

Closer to retirement?  That suggests an exit strategy.....

So trans is running at 235°
Changed some of the fluid, changed the oil and it's a little cooler but still not good.

Any ideas?

@Phoenix has been dealing with this for a few years with no relief. As everyone who has wheeled with him knows his fan runs constantly.

He recently finally found out he had a cylinder leak.

What year do you have? Both of my ‘07s ran very hot. Had to put a cooler in there. The ‘12 isn’t as hot. But it has a cooler

It's an 11.
I put a trans cooler in about 2 months ago.

You changed some of the fluid, is the rest original then? Most coolants need to be flushed out completely after 5 years.

Also, any coolant loss? With a cold engine, pull your radiator cap off then start the engine. Look to see if there's any bubbling in the radiator.

About 2-3 months ago I did a coolant and a trans fluid change. Also added the trans cooler at that time too. (The trans was running hot then too)
It started to run hot again. So (since I dont have my tools at this point) I siphoned about 3qts of trans fluid out of the dip stick. Added back new fluids and ima do it again this weekend.
But I'll check if I see the bubbles on a cold start.

Also check to see if you have any white smoke from your exhaust or any milky coloring to your oil. Just hoping to rule out any head gasket issues.

None of those 2 things. So hopefully ok.
Was also thinking that there might be heat transfer between the trans cooler and the radiator.

Did you put the trans cooler in front of the radiator?

I think the radiator is plugged with dirt some too. Was gonna do a new radiator soon after ball joints.

You could clean out the fins with simple green and a brush to see if it helps
